Agent-Native Knowledge Layer

The agent-native knowledge layer lets ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, AI Overviews, and the client’s own voice receptionist understand the business well enough to cite it, route to it, and take action on its behalf.

Quantum implements the Open Knowledge Format v0.1 spec (Google Cloud knowledge-catalog standard) — authoring a structured bundle of markdown concepts with YAML frontmatter (Org, Service, Person, FAQ, Location, Playbook, Pricing), validated to OKF spec §9, published behind a stable URL on the client’s domain, and surfaced through llms.txt plus schema.org DataDownload.

This is the “menu + recipe binder” for the agent web. Where ARD makes the business findable and verifiable, OKF makes it citable and actionable. The bundle also pre-configures the AssistantsAiQ voice agent — the same content that earns AI Overview citations runs the receptionist.

Deliverables (one-time build + ongoing)

Build (one-time — 25-concept tier):

• Vertical-template scaffold via okf-init (legal / medical / home-services / restoration / dealership / etc.)

• ~25 concepts authored: Org root, 2-4 Services, 1 Location, 6-10 FAQs, 2-4 Playbooks, Pricing Tier, Person, Equipment Reference (vertical-dependent)

• Agent first-pass via okf-enrich + specialist human review pass

• okf-validator clean against OKF §9 conformance + Quantum extension rules (frontmatter order, # Citations, deprecation pattern)

• Published bundle URL + llms.txt updated + schema.org DataDownload on site

• Google static HTML visualizer committed at /okf/visualizer.html

• Bundle URL synced to Lumirex

• Voice-agent prompt block pre-configured from bundle playbooks

Build (one-time — 50-concept tier): All of the above scaled to multi-service or 2-3 location coverage (~50 concepts).

Recurring (monthly + quarterly):

• Monthly maintenance: content refresh, citation log update, agent-led pass, frontmatter audit

• Quarterly strategic refresh: taxonomy review + concept restructure as services/locations evolve

• ARD interlock confirmation (if Discovery Layer is attached): update ai-catalog.json + did.json whenever bundle URL changes; re-run ARD §10 suite
